What is the check-in and check-out time

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need an earlier check-in or late check-out, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you allow pets?

We love pets, but to maintain the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at Osprey.

Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

We typically have a 2-night minimum stay policy. During peak seasons and holidays, the minimum stay may be extended. Please check our booking calendar for details.

Do I have to book both the house and the studio?

No, the house and the studio can be booked together or separately. Please note a booking for either does not exclude the other being booked independently by another party during your stay.

What amenities are included?

Osprey at Hawks Nest offers free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, luxury linens, bath essentials, outdoor dining, BBQ facilities, and more.

What is your cancellation policy?

We want your stay at Osprey at Hawks Nest to be as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before booking. Please note we do not offer free cancellation.

• More than 90 days’ notice: A 20% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.

• Between 30 - 90 days’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.

• Within 30 days of your arrival: Unfortunately, no cancellations or changes are accepted, and the full booking amount will be charged.

If something unexpected comes up on our end and we need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund. However, we won’t be liable for any other costs that might arise.

We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against cancellations, travel delays, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Is there parking available on-site?

Yes, there is ample free parking on-site. You can park directly in front of the property.

Is the property suitable for children?

Yes, Osprey at Hawks Nest is family-friendly and offers a range of activities and amenities suitable for children, including a large outdoor space. We also have board games and toys available upon request.

Are there any local attractions or activities nearby?

Absolutely! Osprey at Hawks Nest is close to beautiful beaches, rivers, nature trails, and charming cafes. We provide a detailed guidebook with recommendations for all our favourite spots.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within the property and on the grounds at all times.
